Device description: The E/O and O/E modules can be used in junction with a vector network analyzer (VNA) to measure electrooptical and optical S-Parameters from 70 kHz to 70 GHz (E/O) or 110 GHz (O/E) respectively. Thereby, transmission, reflection and conversion efficiencies of photonic and electrooptical systems can be determined.
