Direction and Coordination
The managing director and the infrastructure manager coordinate the activities of PhoQS. The institute's central research management, joint strategic planning and concepts of teaching and transfer are projected here in close collaboration with the Executive Board. The infrastructure manager is responsible for the organization of the infrastructure teams as well as the workshops. The PhoQS SupportCenter takes care of the administrative matters of PhoQS. It supports the members in the implementation of research activities and in science communication.
